Is this just about diet and food?
Nope! While we do offer two gentle dietary reset options, Spring Emergence is about so much more than what’s on your plate. You’ll explore breath and energy practices, movement, self-reflection, and sustainable self-care rhythms to support real, lasting renewal.
Will this work for me if I don’t eat a certain way?
Yes! Whether you’re a whole-foods enthusiast or someone who primarily eats takeout, this experience meets you where you are. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—just invitations to explore nourishment in ways that feel supportive and sustainable for you.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
No problem! All live calls will be recorded, and replays will be available through April 13, giving you plenty of time to watch, integrate, and revisit the teachings.
How long will I have access to the materials?
The community space and replays will remain open through April 13 to allow for reflection, integration, and support. However, the weekly guidebooks are yours for life, so you can return to these practices and insights again and again.
How much time will I need to commit daily?
This experience is designed to flow with your life, not add more stress. Daily prompts and practices are simple yet impactful, and you can engage as much or as little as feels right for you. We suggest about 30 minutes per day.
Is there a community aspect?
Yes! You’ll have access to a private, supportive space for encouragement, questions, and connection with others on this journey. The community will remain open through April 13 to ensure you have time to ask questions and process and integrate your experience.
What happens after I register?
You’ll receive a welcome email with all the details—how to access the materials, the schedule, and what to expect as we begin. We officially begin March 16!
