Hi, I’m Devon, MS, AHA, ACC.

I’m not here to help you “fix” yourself. (You’re not broken.)
I’m here to help you return to yourself — to what’s real, sustainable, and deeply nourishing.

For most of my life, I was disconnected from myself — though I couldn’t have named it at the time. I felt unwell, insecure, and unsure how to actually feel OK in my own skin.
I thought all the health problems, anxiety, exhaustion, and sense of not-quite-rightness were just “normal.”

What changed everything was rhythm.
A redefinition of self-care.
A remembrance of Nature’s wisdom.
Daily rhythm. Seasonal rhythm. Soul-deep rhythm.
Rooted in Nature. Rooted in truth.

Now, it’s my greatest honor to walk beside others as they reconnect with themselves and rebuild their lives from that same foundation.

As an Integrative Health Expert, Ayurvedic Health Advisor, and Holistic Coach, I guide folks who are ready to simplify their lives, reclaim their energy, and live in alignment with what truly sustains them — body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit.

My work weaves over a decade of professional experience and studies in in Integrative Health, Ayurveda and Yoga, meditation, breath practice, coaching, holistic nutrition, somatic trauma work, energy healing, and Nature-based wisdom.

Above all, I believe that rhythm is medicine and that joy, resilience, and wholeness are your natural state.

With rhythm, remembrance, and the right support, we can all come home to ourselves and live from our InnerSpark.
